Processing agreement

The General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) is enforced from 25 May 2018 and every business must comply with the new rules. This also has consequences for the cooperation between DRV and your organization. We have therefore drawn up a data processing agreement in which we make agreements with you concerning the personal data that we process for you. We request you to read this data processing agreement carefully and to sign the signature sheet to indicate your agreement.

 

A simple way to conclude a data processing agreement with us

As a data controller using the services of a data processor, you are required to record all agreements concerning the processing of personal data in a data processing agreement. The GDPR sets out specific requirements with regard to the content of this agreement. DRV has drawn up a data processing agreement safeguarding the interests of both the data controller (you) and the data processor (DRV). In order to conclude this agreement, we have also produced a signature sheet which you can sign to indicate your approval.

Do you use Nmbrs (Salaris Online)? Then you have to download the documents below, read them well and return them to us.

 

Return the signed signature sheet to us

Please return the signed signature sheet to us as soon as possible. You can do that securely in a number of ways:

  1. If you use DRV Online, you can upload the signature sheet in DRV Online. If you do not know how to do this, view the manual here.
  2. Scan the signature sheet and send it to us by DRV Transfer.
  3. Send the signed signature sheet by post. The postal adresses can be found here.
